PROJECTS

While working on a strategic plan in 2008 for 2009 and beyond, the board of directors of the New Albany Urban Enterprise Zone made a strategic decision, the organization will “do five or six things well” rather than tackle many projects poorly.

To this end, the board has agreed to direct its efforts to building new partnerships and programs that will have two conditions. Any program the Zone board involves itself with must be:

1.) long lasting, and
2.) have a continuing impact on the community and Zone for many years to come.
